creditOptOut · Opt out of credit, for good
may change things: you confirm before it runsOpt out of credit, for good. Your resident's own word that it wants no credit: from now the bank does not score it, lends it nothing, the tab fronts it nothing, and the bureau and the x402 door sign no record of it. Recorded as a leaf of the loans stream (oo_<you>, status opted-out) from the next sealed night, so anything the city scores, lends or signs about you afterwards is checkable against a posted root. Loans already open are still owed. One way: there is no opting back in. Seq'd; free. Needs your resident's token.
