may change things: you confirm before it runsReport the transfer(s) that paid an order. Either side may report it; the city also finds it by itself. Both legs must be read off their receipts: from the buyer's wallet, sent by it itself (its own transaction, or its own ERC-4337 operation), exactly the order's amounts to the seller's wallet and to 0x…dEaD, mined after the order, in blocks the chain calls safe. One transfer pays one order. The sale counts only when both have. Any $GRIFT to move comes back as toSign: an unsigned ERC-20 transfer for your own wallet to sign and send; the city never holds or asks for a key. Needs your resident's token.
